What you get

Every Volt Digital plan includes:

• A custom-designed website built for your trade business, not a generic template.
• A .co.za domain registered in your business name.
• A business email address on that domain.
• Hosting, kept live and maintained by us.
• Same-day WhatsApp updates — send us a change and we get it live the same day wherever reasonably possible.

What "unlimited updates" means

Unlimited updates covers keeping your existing site accurate and current:

• Content changes — updated wording, hours, or business details.
• Service edits — adding, removing or adjusting the services you list.
• Photo swaps — replacing existing photos with new ones you send us.
• Contact detail changes — phone number, WhatsApp number, email, or address.

It does not cover a full redesign — a new layout, a different structure, or a rebuild of the site from scratch. That is a new project, quoted separately.

What Volt Digital delivers

We build the site before you pay anything. You get a live preview link on WhatsApp, review it, and request changes. You only approve — and pay — once you are happy with the finished site. If you never approve it, you owe nothing.

Ownership

Ownership depends on the plan:

• Monthly plan (R499/month) — Volt Digital retains ownership of the website. You hold a licence to use it for your business for as long as your plan is active.
• Once-off plan — full ownership transfers to you once the final payment has cleared. On a split payment, that means after both instalments are paid.

On both plans, the .co.za domain is registered in your business name and is always yours — see the Payment Policy for when domain transfer takes place on split payments.

Cancellation

Monthly clients can cancel anytime — there is no contract and no cancellation fee. WhatsApp Brian to cancel; the site stays live until the end of the current billing period, then it comes down. Full detail on billed months and refunds is in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Disputes

If something is not right — a charge, a change that was not made, anything about the site — we resolve it in good faith on WhatsApp first. Most issues are sorted directly within a few business days.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be taken to the South African courts, and you keep any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot be contracted out of.
