Refunds and cancellation.

Before you pay

We build the site first. You review it on WhatsApp and only pay when you are happy. If you walk away before you approve the site, you owe nothing — so there is nothing to refund.

This policy covers what happens after you have approved the work and a payment has gone through Payfast.

Monthly plan — R499 / month

You can cancel anytime. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.

• No refund for the current month. A month already billed and paid is not refunded, including a part-month. That month’s hosting, domain management and updates have already been provided.
• The site stays up until the end of the paid billing period, then it comes down. We will confirm the take-down date on WhatsApp when you cancel.
• Your domain stays yours. If you leave, it goes with you — we will help you point it elsewhere if you ask.

To cancel, WhatsApp Brian on 078 498 1097. Say you want to cancel the monthly plan. We will stop the next Payfast debit and confirm the last live day of the site.

Once-off payment — R2,500

No refund once the site is built and you have approved it. At that point the work is complete: the design, build and go-live you paid for have been delivered.

If you split R2,500 into two payments, the same rule applies after approval. Amounts already paid after you approved the site are not refunded; any unpaid second instalment remains due if you asked us to go live.

If something is factually wrong on the live site (a phone number, a photo that is not yours, a service you do not offer), we will fix it. That is a correction, not a refund.

If you think a charge is wrong, the site is not what you approved, or you want to cancel, contact Brian on WhatsApp first:

Give us a reasonable chance to sort it directly — usually within a few business days. Most billing issues are a wrong plan, a double debit, or a cancellation that has not yet hit the next cycle. Those we can fix.

If we cannot agree, you may use the dispute process on your card or through Payfast, and you keep any rights you have under South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies.
