Payment and deadlines.

The core principle

Every plan below has a deadline the client sets themselves — a billing date, a go-live date, a second instalment date. Missing a deadline you set yourself is what starts the clock, not anything we decide unilaterally. Every stage before a site comes down involves a reminder and a chance to respond first.

Monthly plan — R499 / month

Billed by Payfast auto-debit on your billing date each month. If a debit fails:

• Missed payment 1 — automated reminder sent.
• Missed payment 2 — takedown warning sent.
• Missed payment 3 — the site is removed.

Reply or update your card details at any point in that sequence and the clock resets. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for how billed months are handled.

Starter Annual: R4,999/year

Starter Annual: R4,999/year, billed annually, two months free compared to monthly. Same cancellation terms as monthly.

Trial clients

New monthly clients get 30 days from the site going live before the first payment is due. If those 30 days pass with no payment and no contact from you, we send a takedown warning. If we get no response within 7 days of that warning, the site is removed.

A quick WhatsApp message before the deadline — even just to ask for more time — keeps the trial site up while we sort it out together.

Split once-off payments

Once-off plans can be split into two payments, arranged with Brian on WhatsApp before the first payment is taken. The second payment is due 30 days after the first:

• Website — R2,500 once-off. Split R1,250 now, R1,250 within 30 days.
• Brand + Website — R4,500 once-off. Split R2,250 now, R2,250 within 30 days. Domain transfer and logo/brand assets are only released after both payments clear.
• Full Brand Launch — R6,500 once-off. Split R3,250 now, R3,250 within 30 days. Domain, logo, social kit and letterhead are all withheld until the final payment clears.

The same rule applies to every split, on every plan:

• Missed with no contact from you — a 7-day grace period plus one nudge on WhatsApp.
• Still no response — the site is removed until the outstanding amount is paid.
• The domain and all delivered assets transfer only once the final payment has cleared. Until then, everything stays under our management.

Committed but unpaid

If you have committed to a plan but payment has not yet cleared, no domain is set up and no transfer takes place until we receive payment. This applies to both the monthly and once-off plans.
